Shipping Policy
In the light of the current situation, restrictions and guidelines in place with respect to COVID-19, our Shipping Partners will ensure that the order is delivered to the Gate of your Society / Residential Building / House.

Incase of any special request for the delivery to be made to the door step, please co-ordinate with the delivery agent and any such request can only be acceded to at the sole discretion of the delivery partner/agent.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted in case of products received in a Damaged condition/defective condition/stale.
Return & Refund Policy for Perishable items: In case of Perishable items like Fruits, Vegetables or Fishes we strive to ensure the quality and taste of the products but unfortunately there is no guarantee possible regarding the taste of the produce. Hence no returns are possible. Although you are requested to e-mail or call us regarding such a case to raise a feedback. Any Refund/exchange/compensation in case of Perishable goods are at the sole discretion and good will of HealthyNow.

Incase where the products are stale or rotten, we would request you to raise a complaint with us within 1hour of delivery, through our contact form ( click here ) and also ensure you have attached proper pictures of the products.

Cancellations
Cancellations are allowed before the order is shipped. We can't entertain any cancellation once the order has been dispatched.
